"One of the cleanest parks we ever have been in. Fun, and the staff are great. Most are extremely knowledgeable. Could use a little more directional signage with in the park.. but with that said, the staff were very willing to point ya in the right direction if needed. Shows were awesome and rides had very little wait time. Food value and quality is great and the whole time their...you felt like family. The Bakery is delicious, as well as Aunt Granny's."

"We had such a great experience at Dollywood. The entire park was incredibly clean, organized, and honestly one of the friendliest theme parks we’ve visited. Every employee we interacted with was kind and genuinely helpful. One thing that really stood out to me was how efficient the ride operations were. Employees were actively guiding guests into rows and filling seats efficiently, which kept lines moving much faster. At a lot of other parks, they just let people pick random rows and you end up with empty seats and longer waits, but Dollywood’s staff really paid attention to keeping things running smoothly. What impressed me the most was a small moment that says a lot about the customer service there. My husband was looking at the map on his phone for a second, and before we even asked for help, an employee came over and kindly asked if we needed directions or assistance. It felt like the staff genuinely cared about making sure guests had a good experience. You can tell the park takes pride in both the atmosphere and the guest experience. Between the cleanliness, friendly staff, efficient operations, and overall welcoming environment, Dollywood absolutely exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back."

"Dollywood Pigeon Forge – Charming Theme Park with Great Value, Free Water & Amazing Experience We absolutely loved our visit to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee — it felt so charming and personal compared to larger parks like Disney, and at about half the price for a day ticket, it was incredible value. We visited in mid-April after the Easter holidays and were pleasantly surprised by a special discount where everyone paid kids’ prices. Even better, the park was wonderfully uncrowded — we barely waited for anything, except for the nostalgic classic cars, which were about a 10-minute wait at most. One of the things we really appreciated was how guest-friendly the park is. You are allowed to bring an empty reusable water bottle, and there are refill stations everywhere with free water. On top of that, all food vendors happily provide free ice water as well — such a thoughtful touch compared to other parks where bottled water can cost up to $5. We enjoyed a wonderful mix of attractions: the original steam train, bumper cars, nostalgic car rides, the SkyLift, and the Fire Rescue Coaster. We also explored the Dolly exhibitions and watched two fantastic shows — “Heidi Parton’s Kin & Friends,” starring Heidi Parton, and “From the Heart – The Life and Music of Dolly Parton,” both very entertaining and heartfelt. We even shared a slice of the frozen chocolate-covered cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious and more than enough for two. What stood out most was the friendliness of everyone in the park and how beautifully it is set in the mountains. The landscaping and themed buildings feel natural and authentic, not artificial like in some other parks. There are also plenty of thrilling roller coasters, but even with minimal wait times, we simply couldn’t fit everything into one day. Overall, it was a truly special experience — relaxed, beautiful, and full of heart. We would absolutely come back."

"We absolutely loved Dollywood! We've been to a few amusement parks before, but Dollywood definitely had the best vibe of them all! We went on the perfect day to go, and with the help of the Dollywood app, we were able to see the estimated time of rides and made it through all of the coasters in one day! Dollywood was also very clean, beautifully themed, and had great music. Definitely the most family friendly park I've been so far. I remember walking past Timber Canyon with my husband and at the same time we said that we honestly really love it at Dollywood. So glad we got to go, and we definitely recommend it if you're in Gatlinburg!"

"I came here with my boyfriend and it was very nice and clean compared to some other parks i’ve been too. Dolly wood is definitely more familiar oriented. The rides were good but nothing too crazy. We went doing the food and flower festival and bought the pass for $40 which was worth it in regard to buying food. We got to buy 5 things with the pass. One meal in the park is usually $15-20, so it was worth the money. The food was good, but some of the portions were extremely small so keep that in mind. The cinnamon bread was amazing so I would recommend buying. We were there from open to close and felt like we needed more time! There are shows to go to and performances so you could easily spent 2 days here."
